Wandfluh specialises in hydraulics and electronics and the team based in Southam works with customers from around the world. Its products are used in a wide range of applications, from agriculture to construction and oil tankers to offshore oil and gas.

The increase in business has already seen it increase its staff from 5 to 20 and it is now looking to recruit a further three people.
